Welcome to StyleNest! This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the return and refund of products purchased from StyleNest, located at https://stylenest.co.in/.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided with the returned item(s).
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for return.

Note: The customer shall be required to inform us regarding the receipt of the same within 2 days of receiving the order along with photographs. Any damages incurred and reported after the said time, will not be entertained.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

StyleNest holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions outlined above. If your return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items
